Returns & Exchanges

At Sketches Tekstil, all fabrics are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure top quality. Since most of our products are custom-cut or made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The fabric arrives damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was sent to you
  • We failed to deliver the correct item within a reasonable shipping time

In such cases, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving the order to report the issue.

Important Notes

  • All return or exchange requests must be approved by our customer support team
  • Returned fabrics must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • You may be asked to provide photos or video proof of the issue

Refund Policy

We do not offer general refunds. Refunds are only considered in the following situations:

  • We shipped the wrong product and the issue cannot be resolved by replacement
  • The item was lost or significantly delayed due to our error or carrier fault

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after confirming the issue.
